What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
After working a season in the Swiss alps, I have a good understanding and appreciation for the toll skiing and snowboarding can take on your body. I now know the most effective ways to target and alleviate these aches and pains.

Favourite Conditions to Treat:
Necks – I love to see the immediate effectiveness of the treatments to a stiff and sore neck.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Anything outdoors- Snowboarding, hiking, running, surfing. Travelling in between jobs!

What would be your personal motto?
“I can’t, I’m going for a run”

Who is someone you admire and why?
Alexa Leary – a Sunshine Coast based triathlete who was in a cycling accident in 2021. She suffered significant injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, and her family was told she might not live, let alone walk or talk. Despite this, she committed to all her rehab across the last three years, and recently won gold in the Paralympic swimming.

Your most-outstanding achievement:
Combining my career with one of my biggest passions – travel. Getting to live and experience so many places around the world while still progressing my career.
