What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
For myself, the most important skill as a physiotherapist is communication. I have a deep level of care that I deliver to each individual that comes to the clinic. By sharing my knowledge and passion for both physiotherapy and helping others, I can maximise the effectiveness of each treatment.

Favourite Conditions to Treat:
Knee, ankle and shoulder presentations. These commonly injured areas are vulnerable in many sporting and everyday movements.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Being outdoors, experiencing life and connecting with people.

What would be your personal motto?
Live life to the fullest!

Who is someone you admire and why?
I truly admire the professional surfer Mick Fanning. He is a three time world champion who retired from competition at the top of his game to focus on travel, family, charity and business. He embodies class, performance and positivity.

Your most-outstanding achievement:
Completing my first marathon in 2020
