What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
The best skills I bring to my job as a Massage Therapist are deeply rooted in my lifelong passion for personal training and functional movement. From a young age, I have been dedicated to understanding the mechanics of the human body, which has driven me to consistently expand my knowledge in these areas. My background includes performing at high levels in sport and athletics, experiences that have provided me with a profound understanding of physical performance and injury prevention.
I consider myself a people person and thoroughly enjoy meeting new individuals. Over my seven years in the health and fitness industry, I have honed my skills in deep tissue massage, which is my specialty. My goal is always to ensure that clients are not just satisfied but genuinely happy with the massage and bodywork they receive. I am committed to doing everything within my power to help others feel their best, combining my technical skills with a personal touch.
Favourite Conditions to Treat:
Upper Back and Neck Massages are always my favorite to treat and receive!
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
When I’m not working, I love performing and making music.
I love skiing and spending time with friends and family. These activities bring me a lot of joy and balance in life.
What would be your personal motto?
Live fully, love deeply, and cherish every moment.
Who is someone you admire and why?
I really admire my older brother, Matthew. His hard work and dedication to his studies and job are something I deeply respect. He’s got this amazing zest for life and knows how to enjoy every moment. Plus, he’s a great friend and always there when you need him. His balance of ambition and fun is truly inspiring.
Your most-outstanding achievement:
My most outstanding achievement is overcoming a traumatic brain injury in 2022. It was a challenging period, but I managed to get back on track with both my sport and music production. This experience taught me resilience and perseverance, and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made since then.
