What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
Energy and positivity! Client and patient interaction are one of the most important parts of the job and I understand how having a practitioner who is going to be present and engaged in the session can make the whole rehabilitation process so much better and easier.

Favourite Conditions to Treat:
Acute lower back pain – I find the back to be the most simplest yet complex part of the body to treat. Treating backs can be so rewarding when you get it right.
Knee injuries – currently going through a knee injury myself, I can understand the long and difficult process of knee rehabilitation and recovery and how the importance of correct and proper muscle activation makes a huge difference.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Hanging out with my dog Ollie, going on runs by the bay, trying out new sports and of course snowboarding during the winter.

What would be your personal motto?
If they can do it, why can’t I?

Who is someone you admire and why?
Mum – she is the most hardworking and kindest person I know. She has raised me to become the person I am today and I hope to become an amazing woman like she is.

Your most-outstanding achievement:
Solo backpacking through Europe for 3 months
