What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
As an AFL player who has had a few injuries herself, and also having assessed many injuries on the sidelines, I believe some of my best skills are being able to assess and treat efficiently and accurately, creating exercise programs that are enjoyable and achievable, and cheering on my clients to achieve their goals as I know how gut-wrenching it is to be sidelined by an injury!

Favourite Conditions to Treat:
Wry necks, shoulder instability/dislocation, soft tissue muscle strains and ankle sprains. I also have a soft spot for treating chronic back pain with pilates and functional based rehab.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Doing anything outside! Be it surfing, snowboarding, hiking, scuba diving or swimming in waterfalls – if there’s nature, I’m there! I also love reading, making new friends and enjoying a good glass of wine.

What would be your personal motto?
You can do hard things baby!

Who is someone you admire and why?
Milly Pickles. She is an English athlete who lost her one leg and parts of her other foot to a freak electrocution accident and she is the first amputee to have taken on the Red Bull 400 challenge. Her pure grit in learning to regain her mobility and participate in sports that she wasn’t involved in even prior to her accident is inspiring!
Alexis Leary. An Australian triathlete who had a terrible bike accident whilst training for an upcoming triathlon and subsequently had an Acquired Brain Injury. She recently competed in the Paris Paralympics and won TWO gold medals! The joy that she has maintained along her entire journey has been so inspiring and encouraging!

Your most-outstanding achievement:
It has always been a dream of mine to be a Wedding Celebrant and in 2023 I completed my course and have now officiated over 10 weddings!
