What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
I think I’ve really developed my skills in active listening, tailoring rehab to the person rather than the condition. I love talking to people and getting to know them beyond their injury which I think really enhances buy in and creates better long term outcomes.

Favourite Conditions to Treat
ACL injuries! I find the longevity of ACL rehab really fascinating, managing athletes through the highs and lows and a really long rehab journey.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Parkrun with my friends on a Saturday morning!

What would be your personal motto?
Win the morning win the day!

Who is someone you admire and why?
My mum is a nurse and she’s a big part of the reason I wanted to work in healthcare. She is an extremely caring, selfless and empathetic person, and hearing stories of the impact she makes during her workday is something I have always admired and this strongly influenced me to work in an industry where I can help others.

Your most-outstanding achievement:
I’m part-way through my solo-skydiving certificate! Jumping out of a plane with no-one else attached is a pretty cool (and terrifying) achievement.
