I’m a curious soul who loves travelling, meeting new people, and diving headfirst into all that life has to offer. I am a little bit silly and playful by nature, always finding ways to make people laugh. Sport and movement have always been a big part of my life – physically, socially and intellectually. Playing soccer and training at the gym have shaped my curiosity for functional human movement, injury prevention and recovery, and what it means to feel comfortable and capable in your body. This passion led me to complete a Bachelor of Medical and Health Science, and further a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy. Above all, I’m passionate about people, connection, and helping others feel supported, happy, confident and comfortable in their own skin all while having a good laugh along the way.

Favourite Conditions to Treat:
Neck, lower back and hips!

You are likely to find me playing soccer, hitting the gym, swimming at the beach, hiking, riding my motorbike, gardening, curled up reading a book or snowboarding.
What would be your personal motto?
Smile at the chaos, dance with the awkward, and always carry snacks.
Who is someone you admire and why?
Luke Tarrant is truly admirable because he transformed a life-altering motorbike accident and the loss of his leg into a story of resilience, courage, and adventure. Instead of letting tragedy define him, he embraced the outdoors, pushing his limits through climbing and exploration, inspiring others to face their own challenges with determination and a sense of wonder.
Your most-outstanding achievement:
When I was 17 I completed the Kokoda Track, a tough 96-kilometre jungle trail hike in Papua New Guinea with huge historical significance. It was my first time overseas and I was with people I’d never met, but finishing it proved I could step into the unknown, push through hard moments, and achieve more than I thought possible.
