Baye is a Sports Trainer working with a local Football (AFL) club, providing soft-tissue therapy, on-field support, and recovery-focused care for athletes. With a background as a national-level athlete himself, Baye brings firsthand understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on active individuals, as well as the challenges that come with injury, high training loads, and performance pressure. His calm, empathetic approach helps athletes feel supported, understood, and confident throughout their rehabilitation and recovery. In addition to his work as a Sports Trainer, Baye is also a student Osteopath currently completing his studies at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University). His interest in Osteopathy grew from years of dealing with minor injuries during his athletic career, which sparked a feeling of wanting to help others get back to doing what they love. After stepping away from athletics, Baye continued to push himself physically by running multiple marathons, further deepening his appreciation for recovery, training load, and performance.
