British born. However I was raised in the UAE.

BSc Biomed HONS – University of Newcastle
MSc Physio – University of East Anglia
Post grad Acupuncture – APPI

  • Senior Sports Physio + Women’s Health Physio – Body in Motion, NZ
  • Clinic Lead Physio – ReDefined Wellbeing + Fitness, NZ
  • Yoga / Pilates instructor, and massage therapist– The Lindis. NZ

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
I am passionate about keeping people moving and doing the things they love. I find a combination of being a holistic practitioner, a good listener and problem solver get my patient’s excellent outcomes.

Favourite Conditions to Treat:
I enjoy treating all conditions, and the challenge of problem solving with my patients.
I will say that the incredible changes happening in the ACL world has my attention, and through my own injuries I am well rehearsed with hands and ankle conditions!

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
I’m always happiest when on outdoor pursuits, particularly those involving mountains.

What would be your personal motto?
Movement is medicine, and prevention is better than cure.

Who is someone you admire and why?
Lindsey Vonn is a remarkable female athlete in snow sports.
Her resilience, determination, and ability to overcome physical and societal challenges make her a shining example of an athlete who has conquered adversity.

Your most-outstanding achievement:
Successful completion of my beginner mountaineering course, coupled with completing my first ice climb. This was a formidable and equally exhilarating experience. I am officially hooked on mountaineering.
