Jack grew up in Ulladulla, South Coast NSW and moved to Canberra to complete a double degree in Exercise Science & Sports Coaching / Sports Management 2015, he then went on to complete a Graduate Certificate in Health Research and his Masters of Physiotherapy 2019, both at the University of Canberra.

Jacks career highlights have been extensive including MSK Private Practice and Hospital, Niseko Physio, Hiddenbay Resort, Mentawai Indonesia and Event Management Internship with World Surf League, Teahupoo Billabong Pro

Jack enjoys treating a wide range of injuries with a specific interest in surfing and snowboarding rehabilitation, lower limb injuries and is passionate about creating successful return to sport programs. Jack has spent an extensive amount of time with orthopaedic specialists, both in theatre and clinics, to gain a deeper understanding around the thought process of surgical vs conservative management in particular ACL and meniscus injuries.

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?

Having spent most of my life surfing and snowboarding I have had my fair share of injuries, I understand what it is like to be out of the water or off the mountains due to injury and will aim to get you back out there as quickly and safely as possible.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Surfing or snowboarding with like minded people.

Chase your dreams in life. No matter how many people tell you to stop trying or you’ll have no chance of making it. Put your head down and work towards your goals because you never know what might just happen.
