Faith is a new graduate dietitian from Melbourne, Australia, and recently completed my Master of Dietetics in July 2024. While studying, she worked as a receptionist at a physiotherapy clinic and it’s given her the chance to build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients, hear their stories, and watch their progress at the clinic. Getting to do this in Japan during the snow season combines everything she loves. Faith is always up for new adventures and love pushing herself to see what she’s capable of – so much so that one of her goals is to summit an 8000m mountain.

I’m happiest when I’m outdoors, whether it’s mountain biking, running, hiking, surfing or snowboarding. I also love to spend quality time with the people closest to me, and when I can combine both, it’s the best of both worlds.

Life starts where your comfort zone ends.
Who is someone you admire and why?
I admire my closest friends and family because each of them inspire me in different ways. Their unconditional support and love allow me to be the best version of myself, and I’m deeply grateful to them for that.
